Here at Cr8n St8n LLC, Taurean Washington is always looking to be intentional with the art he makes and believes that art can be used as a tool of activism and community impact. Below are the initiatives Taurean has embarked with his company.
TAUREAN WASHINGTON INVESTMENT in ARTISTIC EXCELLENCE AWARD
Created in Spring of 2024 at his Alma Mater of Hood College in Frederick, MD. This academic award for undergraduate students is awarded to a senior declared studio arts major of color inthe BIPOC community who has demonstrated excellent skills and growth in thevisual arts. The award recipient shall be determined by the Art &Archeology department chair with the advice of faculty members teaching in theprogram.

ART FOR ACTIVISM
Periodically, Taurean Washington and Cr8n St8n will select Non-Profit agencies and organizations to contribute to quarterly. For the 4th Quarter of 2024, Cr8n St8n will provide a contribution to the Globally Impactful UNESCO Frederick Organization led by the amazing Guy Djoken, Executive Director.
